About the presenter:
A third-generation Coloradoan, Steve received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991. He practiced in Arizona for ten years and returned home in 2001 where he now practices in Greenwood Village.
Steve is a member of the Order of the Coif, the Arizona and Colorado Bar Associations, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Wealth Counsel and the Advanced Estate Planning Program at the Esperti-Peterson Institute of Sarasota, Florida. Steve is the author of the authoritative book on estate planning: Your Legacy, Meaningful Estate Planning, has been published in several noted legal journals, and his legal analysis and writings have been cited favorably by the Supreme Courts of several states.
Steve practices exclusively in the area of special needs planning, business planning, business succession planning, estate planning and asset protection. He particularly enjoys the area of special needs planning for people who have disabled children and grandchildren.
