Maternity Assistance Program

Services: The Prenatal Plus Program is a Colorado State funded program for all pregnant women who are Medicaid eligible and who meet the risk criteria for the program. This program is not limited to first time mothers. The goal is to improve birth outcomes by reducing the number of low birthweight infants born to qualifying women and promote early access to prenatal care.

Medical Assistance Program

This program provides electric medical rates to customers who:

  • Require the use of medically necessary equipment in their household and/or
  • Have medical conditions requiring air conditioning during the summer billing months

Services: Depending on the medical condition of the resident, account-holders may qualify for an electric medical rate for electric costs related to the medical equipment and/or for air conditioning during the summer months.
