Kenneth Blakely

Adult Advocacy Specialist

Kenneth attended Colorado State University (CSU) earning a Bachelor of Science degree, in 2010, from the college of Human Development and Family Studies.

Kenneth is a native, born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Kenneth was drawn to this field due to having a sister with a developmental disability; his passion continued to grow while working at a summer camp for individuals with I/DD.  Kenneth has been a Direct Service Provider (DSP) for 15+ years and has been a Certified Crisis Prevention Instructor for 5 years.

In his free time Kenneth enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and snowshoeing.  He enjoys building miniature metal models.  You can also find him enjoying bluegrass music, while he perfects his guitar, mandolin and ukulele skills!
