Caroline Morales-Fulford

CSU Intern

Caroline’s advocacy journey began many years ago when she first learned how to navigate the challenges of seeking disability support for her child. This early experience ignited a passion that evolved into a deep, ongoing commitment to advancing the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of individuals with disabilities.

Caroline is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Colorado State University and is on track to graduate in December 2025. Following graduation, she plans to become a certified Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA), with the goal of working closing with children on the autism spectrum, teaching them essential skills and communication skills through positive reinforcement strategies and structured learning skills.

As an Advocacy Intern at the Arc of Larimer County, Caroline is grateful and excited for the opportunity to expand her growth as an advocate. In this role, she will help promote strength-based education and self-advocacy training for individuals with disabilities, equipping them with the tools and confidence to advocate for their own needs and aspirations.

Outside of her advocacy and academic work, Caroline enjoys a variety of creative and outdoor activities. She loves baking custom sugar cookies, gardening, hiking Colorado scenic trails, and spending quality time with family and friends.
