Nicole Rosendale

Youth & Adult Advocate

Nicole Rosendale is a lifelong Larimer County resident, community leader, and dedicated advocate for children and adults with diverse abilities and support needs. She is a proud mother of two children, each with unique educational journeys—one receiving Special Education services due to a rare genetic syndrome and intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the other thriving in the Gifted and Talented program at the middle school level. Navigating both ends of the educational spectrum has provided Nicole with a deep, firsthand understanding of the strengths, gaps, and opportunities within the district and broader support systems.

Professionally, Nicole brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across business operations, customer service management, program development, and community engagement. Her background includes senior leadership roles in operations, customer service, inventory management, and team development, giving her a practical, solutions-oriented approach to advocacy work.

In addition to her professional career, Nicole serves as Vice President and Co-Founder of the International ATR-X Foundation and actively supports numerous community organizations throughout Larimer County. Her advocacy is grounded in collaboration, data-informed decision making, and a belief that strong systems are built when families, educators, providers, and administrators work together.

Nicole is committed to ensuring that children and adults of all abilities are seen, heard, and supported—today and for the long term—through thoughtful advocacy, lived experience, and a deep dedication to her community.
