Kimberly Aguilar-Pauli

Lead Advocate

Kimberly’s advocacy journey began when she attended a Families in Action retreat with The Arc of Larimer County in 2015. The knowledge, resources, and support she gained while attending the retreat and meeting with an Advocacy Specialist from The Arc of Larimer County equipped her with the knowledge, she needed to advocate for her three children with disabilities. Attending the Families in Action retreat ignited a passion to share her story and to equip parents with the education, tools, and resources they needed to feel empowered to advocate for their children.

Her passion for helping families inspired her to become involved as a Volunteer with Celebrate Recovery.  She has used her experience, tools, and resources to help individuals and families struggling with high anxiety, co-dependency, compulsive behaviors, financial dysfunction, drug and alcohol addictions, and eating disorders; to find freedom from the barriers and roadblocks in their lives.

She is excited to work with the Team at The Arc of Larimer County to help parents find their voice, feel empowered to advocate for their children; so that someday their children will advocate for themselves.

When Kimberly is not doing Advocacy work with The Arc of Larimer County, she loves to spend time with her three amazing teenagers and friends, painting and reading.
