Introducing – William “Will” Beyers II, Esq.

Will joined the office full-time in 2016 but has been actively involved with the practice since 2013. A native of northern Colorado, his practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning. While he most enjoys the proactive side of the law, Will regularly handles guardianship and conservatorship matters for families and he has successfully administered over 30 proceedings from start to finish throughout the state.

Will is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, ElderCounsel, The Larimer County Trust & Estates Section, and the Larimer County Young Lawyers Division where he previously served as the Vice President of Communications. Will is the Larimer County Chair of Colorado Lawyers for Colorado Veterans and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pathways, a Northern Colorado hospice organization. His monthly columns on Elder Law issues can be found in the Larimer County and Weld County editions of 50+ Magazine.

Introducing – Luke Wheeland

During his life, he has witnessed firsthand the transition and steady progression of the quality of life options for individuals with disabilities, as his parents worked in the IDD field for over 35 years. Luke grew up around people with disabilities and individuals striving to achieve independence and a meaningful life.

Luke has nearly 18 years of professional experience in operations, leadership, project management, and customer service and support. He began his career working with individuals with IDD by occupying a variety of roles including: Managing a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA), and Senior Program Manager to Interim Case Manager with Developmental Pathways for over 10 years.
