Anais Campbell

Adult & Youth Advocate

Anais was born in the Dominican Republic to a large family and later moved to Florida. During her childhood, she developed a love for the ocean, southern food, and dancing.

Anais was drawn to the helping profession field after witnessing first-hand the challenges experienced by family members with disabilities both in the states and her native country.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2011 and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University in 2018. During this time, she worked at a variety of community-centered facilities and programs, where she gained direct experience working with individuals with disabilities and their families. Through these experiences, she gained a passion for supporting individuals of all ages in reaching their goals and potential. As an Afro-Latina, she has a personal passion to work with BIPOC communities to address the health disparities they experience.

In her free time, Anais enjoys salsa dancing, laughing with her siblings, traveling, playing with her young son, going on long walks around the neighborhood with her husband, and spoiling her cats.
